Accepting today...

Today sucked! I got up and puked everywhere and was in a fetal position in my bathroom this morning. "How is this making me better?" The very question I ask myself every single time I feel nauseous or tired. A sweet, still voice says, "be patient"... Even though today I look rough I know things will work out. I feel exhausted and so sick today but I know there is rest in the future. So thankful for that and so grateful for ALL the hugs I've gotta today. Happy National Hug Day from this Navajo!
